This vibrant mix contains fast growing greens perfect for growing together in our mild Spring. Different leaf shapes and flavors make a satisfying salad on its own or mix with lettuce if you prefer. These include arugula, tatsoi, spinach, red russian kale and mild ultraviolet mustards. Harvest baby leaves to eat raw and larger full grown leaves to cook. Growing Spring Greens Mix Direct Sow seeds after last frost. Seeds will germinate quickly. Thin to one plant every 2”-4” for baby leaves and 8”-10” for full grown leaf harvest. This mix can also be started indoors to transplant out after last frost.. I sow 3-5 seeds together and plant in plugs about 6” apart. I get a good diversity of varieties and the leaves stay smaller.
