The Large Board can serve 8 to 14 people and 5 artisan cheeses, 4 premium charcuterie, also, seasonal fruit, artisanal crackers and varying accoutrements such as: dried fruits, nuts, olives, chocolate, jam, honey and garnish. (NOTE: This is served on a disposable Palm board) All recommended serving sizes are appetizer portion suggestions. If serving as the main meal, consider going a size up.
