A hearty base of pale malts, a blend of noble hops and fermented with a mix of farmhouse yeast strains. Finished with a light addition of home grown Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena and M int. More on Wilderness: Wilderness is a quietly radical brewery in mid Wales. Our 54th batch, it was founded in 2017 by James Godman.
