As with all DH Longhorn beef, we dry age the whole animal for 3 weeks before cutting and packaging. Kit Contents This is an excellent choice for couples and generally lasts from 6 months to a year, depending on how many meals per week you prepare. As a rule, most couples will eat somewhere from a quarter to a half pound of meat per meal. You can use this rate of consumption to calculate how long your beef supply from this order will last.
