Sour (1kg) – 3 weeks old: Naturally fermented with a bold, complex flavour. It's the easiest way to discover which fermentation stage you love most—or enjoy each one for different meals. While you eating 3 weeks old Kimhi, the other Kimchi will be fermenting in your fridege. We portion Kimchi into a plastic pouch just before shipping for transportation. All you need to do when you receive Kimchi, move them to your favorite jars or containers. As Kimchi doesn't need oxygen to ferment, put the lid tight. They will keep fermenting in your fridge.
