Once you approve your design, your keepsake will be printed to order in Wellington, New Zealand. Personalised printing can take up to 15 working days after approval, plus 1 to 3 working days for courier delivery. If proof approval is not received within 7 days of ordering, we reserve the right to proceed using the details supplied at checkout in order to avoid production delays.
