Meets ADA less than 5 lbs. of force to open. Typical force required to release a single Fantom stop is 2.72 lbs. Concealed rare-earth magnet technology ensures exceptional mechanical functionality. Fasteners provided: 2ea #8 x 1" Stainless Steel screws. Can be used with low-pile carpet (not advised for use with deep carpet.) Should not be used for outdoor use. Works on larger doors as well as normal-sized doors. Works best without a door closer. Double Doors: For interior double doors, the Fantom can be used in place of flush bolts or surface bolts.
