Farr Rising's Gamay is regarded as one of Australia's finest examples and we recently welcomed very limited stocks of the 2025 vintage release. This 2025 Farr Rising Gamay opens with lifted aromas of raspberry, strawberry, cherry and a touch of spice and earthy notes. The palate is medium bodied with lively red berry fruits, vibrant acidity and an underlying savouriness throughout. Another sensational Gamay from Farr Rising, this will pair well with a wide range of foods including grilled meat and poultry dishes. "Deep, dark, and vibrant in the glass. The nose is intense - dark spice, a punch of salinity, savoury herbs and graphite. Beneath the assertive opening sits a perfumed musk and confectionary lift that hints at carbonic maceration.
