Using the same ingredients and pigments as topcoats, this undercoat is recommended as the crucial foundation for creating a rich, long-lasting finish. It will also achieve maximum colour development and opacity. Thinned with water and can be applied by brush or roller and is suitable for use on interior walls and ceilings. Provides a consistent surface to repaired walls. Touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoatable after 4 hours. Show more
