By deepening your knowledge of how to use THE TOOLS tailored to your own body, we believe these healthy rituals will be more integrated into your daily routine. Classes are via zoom, where a link will be sent to you 24 hours before the start of your workshop. Each workshop is best limited to a maximum of 3 TOOLS and can include guidance in both THE PRACTICES and additional movement or stretching to support deep hydration and mobilization of your fascial tissues.
