The Fasco A080 Blower is a critical 115V draft inducer engineered for high-static pressure applications, providing a reliable airflow of 80 CFM. This centrifugal blower features a shaded pole motor operating at 3000 RPM, making it the industry-standard direct replacement for 999 and Williamson 02-568 series units. Designed for durability in demanding furnace environments, the motor utilizes sleeve bearings and thermal overload protection to ensure continuous operation under peak thermal loads. The counter-clockwise shaft end (CWSE) rotation and rectangular outlet flange allow for a seamless drop-in fit for technicians servicing Williamson 7021-5510 and Franklin F3670-1 assemblies. With a 1.1 Amp draw and a compact 3.3-inch motor diameter, the A080 centrifugal fan facilitates precise flue gas ventilation and combustion air delivery, maintaining optimal HVAC system efficiency and safety for residential service calls. Key Benefits Direct OEM Compatibility: Engineered as a precise drop-in replacement for Williamson 02-568 and 999 models, reducing field modification time. High-Speed Performance: Delivers a consistent 3000 RPM at 115V, ensuring proper static pressure for draft induction. Industrial-Grade Construction: Equipt with a robust shaded pole motor and internal thermal protection to prevent overheating during extended run cycles. Reliable Airflow: Provides 80 CFM of air movement, specifically calibrated for efficient flue gas removal in mid-efficiency furnaces. Common Questions Is the Fasco A080 a direct fit for Williamson furnaces? Yes, it is specifically designed to replace Williamson 7021-5510 and part number 02-568. Always verify the mounting pattern and voltage match the existing inducer before installation. Does this blower include the housing? The Fasco A080 is a complete centrifugal blower assembly, including the motor and the housing, designed for easy bolt-on installation to the furnace collector box. Will this motor handle 208V or 230V power? No, this unit is rated strictly for 115V, 60Hz applications. Applying higher voltage will cause immediate motor failure and bypass the internal thermal overload protection.
