How It Works The FAST|COOL Waistpack System pairs a tubing-lined mesh cooling vest with a compact waist-mounted cooling unit. Inside the belt pack, a 1.5-quart (1.5L) ice/water bladder, rechargeable battery, and miniature circulation pump work together to circulate chilled water (36°F–68°F) through four cooling zones on the vest.
