The Fat Daddios PIE-10 is a 10" x 1 1/2" deep-dish commercial pie pan made from 18-gauge anodized aluminum, built for daily use in bakeries, restaurant kitchens, and foodservice operations baking sweet pies, pot pies, quiches, and savory applications at volume. Commercial-use pie pan suited for sweet pies, savory pot pies, quiches, tarts, casseroles, and no-bake or freezer pies in production baking environments. Constructed from 18-gauge anodized aluminum with seamless, pit-free construction and no chemical coatings, dyes, CFCs, PTFEs, or PFOAs -- anodizing is a surface hardening process, not a coating. Measures 10" top outer diameter, 9" top interior diameter, 8" bottom diameter, and 1 1/2" depth; capacity is 47.7 fl oz (1,410 ml); note that pan sizing follows industry standard exterior rim-to-rim measurement, so this pan bakes a 9" pie at its widest interior point and fits most standard 9" pre-made crusts. The 1/2" flat rim supports easy handling during loading and unloading and allows for clean crust edges; the 1 1/2" depth is approximately 50% deeper than traditional pie pans, accommodating fuller fills. Temperature-rated to 550°F; freezer safe; non-reactive surface handles acidic fillings including citrus and fruit-based pies without risk of off-flavors or surface degradation; will not rust, peel, chip, or flake; hand wash recommended. Dimensions: 10" top outer diameter x 9" top interior diameter x 8" bottom diameter x 1 1/2" deep
