This cocktail from Matt Belanger takes a delicious duo of rum and banana and lends it some additional warmth and complexity thanks to aged brandy and Demerara Gum Syrup Ingredients : ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup ¾ oz gold rum ¾ oz brandy ¼ oz rhum agricole ½ oz banana liqueur (Tempus Fugit recommended) ¾ oz fresh lime juice Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice Glass: rocks Garnish: dehydrated blood orange and fresh mint Photo: Subtle Tiki Show more
