The 2024 FC Cinsault by Mother Rock Wines, part of the Force Celeste range, is a naturally made red from South Africa’s Swartland region. Sourced from a dry-farmed, single vineyard planted in 1987, this wine showcases bright red fruit, floral aromatics, and a juicy, fresh palate. With whole-cluster fermentation and aging in concrete eggs, it’s a pure, elegant expression of Cinsault crafted by Johan “Stompie” Meyer. Grapes: 100% Cinsault Alcoholpercentage: 12,5% Vinification: 100% whole-cluster (semi-carbonic) in concrete, 6 weeks (4 weeks during fermentation, 2 weeks post-ferment), 12 months in concrete egg.
