This is "Oigatsuo Tsuyu" that incorporates the techniques of professional Japanese chefs who make soup stock twice with bonito. Mizkan's "Oigatsuo Tsuyu 2x 500ml" is a concentrated soup stock with outstanding bonito soup stock, made with a unique "Oigatsuo Method" that incorporates the techniques of professional Japanese chefs. In addition to making soup stock twice with bonito, finely ground bonito flakes are added to achieve the rich flavor and deep richness of two types of soup stock, "umami soup stock" and "fragrant soup stock". The taste is an exquisite balance of the umami, soy sauce, and sweetness of the bonito soup stock, resulting in a highly refined taste that is like a combination of various seasonings. It has a refreshing aftertaste while suppressing the sweetness, and is characterized by its ability to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients. It can be used not only as a noodle soup stock, but also in a wide range of Japanese dishes such as simmered dishes, rice dishes, egg dishes, and soups. Since it is a 2x concentrated type, it can be diluted with water depending on the purpose.
