By adjusting the balance of seasonings, you can experience the umami flavor the moment you put it in your mouth, resulting in a rich, full-bodied flavor. We use domestic onions grated in our own factory. The grated onions blend well with the ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the texture of the onions along with the umami of the soy sauce.
