Created by first combing pigments into a linear feather pattern, then adding additional colors and combing them into parallel wave-like bands, this print features flowing shades of blue and green. The gel-git feather pattern layers over a feathered base. The organized horizontal waves of the gel-git pattern flow over the delicate feathered texture beneath, creating depth and visual complexity. Both layers are visible, with the striped rhythm of the rainbow pattern enhanced by the underlying feathered detail. As with all ebru prints, this piece is entirely one-of-a-kind.
