The Featherlight 35 is arguably the world's lightest wooden ice hockey stick designed for youth players (under 9 years old), weighing 305 grams – approximately 1/3 lighter than conventional wooden sticks and equal to or even lighter than comparable composite ice hockey sticks. The extra thinner shaft is crafted for children's hands and can be optionally chosen with or without grip. At 117cm (46 inches), it serves as an ideal entry-level model for hockey school/U9, typically fitting well in length for children between 7-9. The balanced construction, coupled with the narrow shaft and ultra-light core, provides an appropriate flex (35) with excellent shooting properties, aiding in the improvement of stickhandling. The slightly smaller blade assists in practicing good puck control to develop a feel for the puck. Highlights: ultralight, sustainably handcrafted, thinner shaft and shorter blade designed for kids
