Federal Command ICS2 Frame - BlackThe Command frame is back and better then ever! The Federal Command frame has the shortest possible chainstays (12.5) in the whole Federal range and now uses the V2 ICS wishbone to make it even lighter than the V1. This will still allow riders to use a 2.5 tyre. This frame has been designed to keep the cost down yet still affordable while still maintaining the strength and quality that Federal is known for.
