Hey folks. Got a shipping update re FedEx. FedEx implemented their annual shipping rate increase and updated surcharges effective January 5, 2026. As a result, our actual FedEx shipping costs have increased. In addition, as more customers have chosen DHL over time, our FedEx shipment volume has decreased. Carrier contracts are volume-based, so lower FedEx volume means less favorable negotiated rates. This has also contributed to higher per-shipment FedEx costs on our side. To reflect these carrier-driven changes, we’ve had to adjust our FedEx shipping prices accordingly. We are not increasing shipping arbitrarily - this is a direct result of FedEx’s updated rates and how carrier volume pricing works.
