This is a good starting point to test strength and adjust your recipe if needed. Steep: You can't miss this part, submerge the tea and spices in just enough hot water to cover and let sit for 2 mins or more. The goal is to find a balance between a short tea infusion and a longer spice infusion. Pre-soak your chai during busy periods. Milk: Choose whatever milk you'd like, just remember the ratio. Don't overfill and dilute. Steam: Get it nice a foamy, much like a cappuccino. Once you strain it, it will be similar to a latte. Strain: in a vessel of choice and dust with cinnamon.
