Orgeat is a lovely accent to bitter citrus flavors. Cure in New Orleans took this drink to another level with a smidgen of arak alongside the expected tequila. This was a bestselle r for the bar. Ingredients: ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup ¼ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial 1 oz tequila ½ oz Campari ¼ oz arak (Kafroun preferred) ¾ oz lime juice 1 oz club soda Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds Strain into a chilled highball Garnish with a lemon twist Photo: Scott Kallstrand Show more
