It features a double-grain design with two distinct surfaces: a medium-grain side for removing burrs and restoring a dull edge, and a fine-grain side for final honing and precision finishing. Its compact, rectangular shape makes it easy to handle and ideal for on-the-go maintenance in the field. Regularly using the FELCO 902 ensures that your secateurs, loppers, and shears provide clean, effortless cuts, which is essential for the health of your plants and the longevity of your tools. Best For Professional gardeners and arborists who need a versatile, portable stone to maintain the "as-new" cutting performance of their pruning shears and loppers throughout the day. Key Features Dual-Grit Versatility: Features two different grain densities—one side for initial sharpening and the other for a smooth, professional finish—allowing you to restore an edge in seconds. High-Grade Corundum: Made from aluminum oxide (corundum), a highly durable abrasive material that retains its shape and sharpening efficiency even after years of use. Compact & Ergonomic: The 100mm length is perfectly sized to fit in a pocket or tool pouch, while its flat profile provides optimal control when sharpening the curved blades of bypass pruners. Easy Maintenance: Designed to be used either dry or with water; it does not require oil, making it easy to clean and maintain in outdoor environments. Preserves Tool Life: Frequent light honing with the 902 prevents the need for heavy grinding later, significantly extending the life of your expensive FELCO blades.
