Inspired by an Alaskan meadow this is Felicity Loft's version of an Earl Grey. Black tea with bergamot but they've blended in clover, yarrow, rose, calendula, and bachelor's button . This has all the things you love about Earl Grey but with added bit of floral to balance it out. A beautiful blend with a riot of colors. It is brewed with about 1.5tsp for about 8oz for 3-5 minutes with boiling water. If you're planning on using it to make a London Fog (or may we suggest calling it a Mountain Fog) use twice to the tea to make sure it brews nice and strong before you add the milk.
