In this class Felix will teach you how make a Sicilian Pan Pizza in a home oven. You will learn how to make your own dough at home - how to mix, ball up and store your dough for a cold 2 day fermentation. How to make a beautiful seasoned sauce like your friends Italian grandmother and how to cook your pan pizza from start to finish. Felix Toro is a Pizzaprenuer from Queens, New York - after ten years of working the music, tv and broadcast industry another flame started to burn inside Toro's soul - helping people create memories through cooking pizza. Having always been a person to learn from in person experience, Felix sought mentors and internships within the pizza industry to learn and grow on his own. In summer of 2019 he quit his job in the TV industry to pursue his own business Happy Bull Pizza - a mobile pizza catering business based out of Queens NY. Felix is also a part time pizza consultant. He's since helped create the world's first Kosher Detroit Style Pizza at Bash in Midwood, Brooklyn and was sought by Michilin Starred Chef Justin Bazdarich to formulate a new dough recipe for his Bib Gourmand pizza restaurant - SPEEDY ROMEO.
