A felt drip pad liner is used to collect the excess oil from your Singer Featherweight 221 and 222 Model Sewing Machines. This listing is for the 221 Felt Drip Pad. If you are look ing for the 222 Felt Drip Pad, click here. If there is oil residue on your finger after depressing it into the old pad, then it is time for a new Felt Drip Pad! Simply remove the old one after removing the metal tray on the bottom of your machine, peel the paper off the new pad and adhere it in place. (You may need to clean the excess oil and old pad adhesives from the tray before applying the new pad.)
