If adding a subscription, you will be billed on the 15th monthly after initial order. When will my order ship? Felt pals ship in small batches throughout the middle of the following month. If it’s your first order, you will receive your first pal approximately 4-6 weeks after ordering. You can track shipping inside your portal. Most shipping notifications go to spam.
