The hand-wired, 12-watt '62 Chris Stapleton Princeton features the classic 6G2 circuit, "blue" tone caps, Schumacher transformers, an upgraded Eminence 12 Special Design "CS" speaker, solid pine cabinet, and an output tube-biased tremolo circuit. We've always loved the brownface-era Fenders, especially Princetons. They're a great hybrid of the ´50s tweed amps - with their pushed midrange, touch sensitivity, and dynamic range - and the punchy, scooped midrange, reverb drenched tones of the mid-´60s amps.
