Made in USA 1989 - 1990 - Factory Features two point modern block saddle tremolo bridge, Sperzel locking tuners *one string lock missing*, 1st Gen Fender Roller Nut and the Fender TBX (treble bass xpander) notched tone pot. Standard Pickups (not lace sensors) are the only feature preventing this being a fully fledged Plus model. Basically a return to form for quality building from Fender. The Treble Bass Xpander is a notched tone pot introduced by Fender in 1988 and discontinued a few years later. It is notched in the center, and Below the center notch from 0 to 5, the TBX is your standard tone control. Above the notch, the resistance is decreased, which allows more bass, treble, presence and output to flow from the guitar. This Above the notch tone is similar to a wah-wah effect or cutoff/resonance filter. Comes with Trem arm and generic hard case. Show more
