Inspired by a family holiday to Tuscany, our Fennel salami combines pork with toasted fennel seeds, red wine, garlic and black pepper to create a smooth and well-balanced salami. T he combination of lightly toasted fennel seeds and Puddledub pork is a joy to behold on its own however our Fennel salami will add depth and flavour to a rich tomato pasta sauce or cassoulet with red wine and shallots.
