With fragrances of berries in this versatile and velvety rosé sparkling. The pink highlights of its bubbles in your glass will accompany an entire banquet. Made in the classic Champagne method, this Rosé sparkling has a beautiful old rose hue and a persistent perlage. Voted as a clear favourite in our blind tasting event of an extensive range of Champagnes and Sparkling wines held in October 2024. Our entire tasting group wanted more of the Ferrari Maximum Rosé and were surprised at how unimpressive the 3 "big name" French champagnes were by comparison. A delicate fragrance with hints of berries, forest woods and burnt orange deriving from more than 30 months’ ageing in bottle, and the sensations that are typical of Pinot Noir. The taste is complex and succulent, rich tanginess and intriguing vinosity; the notes of raspberry, wild strawberry, violets and forest woods are accompanied by hints of brioche on the finish. Denomination: TRENTO DOC Varietal: A strict selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Aged for an average of 30 months in the bottle. Awards: Silver - International Wine & Spirit Competition 92/100 - James Suckling Gold & Best in Class - Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships “Ferrari Trento is Sparkling Wine Producer of the Year for the third in a row and an amazing six times out of the 10 years the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships has existed, making it the most successful sparkling wine producer on the planet!” comments Tom Stevenson (The Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships judge) Trentodoc is the first D.O.C. in Italy devoted exclusively to Metodo Classico. After the creation of the cuvée (the desired blend), the base wine is bottled and enriched so the second fermentation can begin: the one that creates the perlage (bubbles). The cuvée remains in the bottle virtually undisturbed for between two and ten years, depending on the individual wine. Winery Profile: For more than a century Ferrari Trento has been synonymous with Italian excellence which is why Ferrari Trento is the official toast of F1. The legend of Ferrari began in 1902 with a man, Giulio Ferrari, and his dream of creating a wine in Trentino capable of competing with the best French Champagnes. With its natural elegance, Ferrari – among the most glittering manifestations of that art of living which is so very Italian – is an icon of style that wins you over from the very first sip. A profound link with the territory and respect for the land in every single operation: all of Ferrari’s wines are Trentodoc and are produced exclusively from grapes grown in Trentino at high altitudes using sustainable farming methods.
