The original 3-in-1 principle with powerful machine concept. The unrivalled original for more than 40 years: The ROTEX RO 150 with 3-in-1 – for coarse sanding, fine sanding and polishing. Lighten the load of your tool kit while increasing the range of applications. With just one tool for an extremely high material removal rate during coarse sanding. A super-fine result when fine sanding. And a perfect finish when polishing. When combined with the GRANAT abrasive, the ROTEX saves money not only thanks to the low purchase price, but also thanks to the minimal use of abrasives. And with the appropriate mobile dust extractor, it even saves you the effort of brushing the work surface. Three tools in one for coarse sanding, fine sanding and polishing. FastFix sanding pad system, tool-less. Eccentric motion for high-quality, scratch-free surfaces. Sanding up to the edge thanks to the Protector. Ideal ergonomic grip positions. ROTEX rotary motion for efficient material removal. Sanding off old paint and varnish. Sanding wooden materials. Renovation work such as sanding steps. Sanding and polishing mineral materials. Preliminary and coarse sanding of repair compound. Hologram-free polishing. Achieve ideal results more quickly:. Convenient and safe:. Systems get it done:. Three tools in one – for coarse sanding, fine sanding and polishing. Pads can be changed quickly and without tools thanks to FastFix. ROTEX rotary motion for convenient polishing – the lower speed reduces the temperature to a minimum and prevents clouding and spraying off. The right tool for any surface application – sanding pads in a range of hardnesses and abrasives which are perfectly adapted to the pad and extraction. Cost-efficient 3-in-1 principle. Coarse sanding. Fine sanding. Polishing. Ergonomic device design. Protects the sanding pad and workpiece. Effective sanding pad brake. Smooth running. Changing pads without using tools. Faster abrasive changes. Healthy and dust-free thanks to the MULTI-JETSTREAM principle. Because clean is simply healthier. Removable extraction channel. Pure eccentric motion and ROTEX rotary motion. For optimal operation: MMC electronics. Long service life. Three tools in one. By using the ROTEX, you can perform three different operations without changing devices: Coarse sanding, fine sanding and polishing. Just flip the switch to another setting and you're ready to go. Maximum material removal with the ROTEX rotary motion: The displaced eccentric/rotational motion removes large quantities of material in no time at all. The classic eccentric motion for intermediate and fine sanding. Extra-fine sanding finish, excellent surface quality. The ROTEX rotary motion combined with Festool polishes and polishing sponges produce gleaming results without heating the surface significantly. The ROTEX RO 150 fits comfortably in your hand in any grip position and can be guided accurately. The housing is narrow and compact, the weight surprisingly low and vibrations have been reduced significantly. Sand safely against abutting edges without the risk of kickback with the PROTECTOR. The sanding pad brake prevents the sanding pad from turning upwards. It prevents the surface being scratched during sanding and eliminates the need for rework. The large internal contact surface ensures the sanding and polishing pad runs extremely smoothly and reduces imbalance and vibrations. Simple, fast and safe. FastFix interface for changing sanding and polishing pads quickly without using tools. This means that you can respond to changing tasks and material requirements. Achieving the perfect surface quality depends on the smallest of details. Festool abrasives are therefore quickly replaced using the practical StickFix system, and adhere reliably and without slipping. For maximum dust extraction with maximum sanding performance. Ensures a longer service life of abrasives, the sanding pad and the machine. Patented and the only one of its kind in the world: The Festool MULTI-JETSTREAM sanding system with supply air and exhaust air. Clean workplace with the Festool mobile dust extractors from the CT series. Compact and lightweight, ideal for assembly tasks and the perfect companion for the ROTEX RO 150. The extraction channel can be removed with a simple hand movement, so that you can polish the whole device with no obstacles. The eccentric motion alone guarantees a smooth sanding pattern. If the rotational motion is added to this, you achieve a high rate of material removal in coarse sanding and an extraordinary degree of gloss when polishing high-gloss surfaces. Different materials, different requirements: You can use the MMC electronics to control smooth start-up, overheating protection and infinitely variable speed adjustment. The double-sealed long-life gearbox, which is virtually hermetically sealed, makes your ROTEX RO 150 even more durable, even under the toughest operating conditions.
