Has lush, deep aromas and flavors of dark and sour red cherries, spearmint, spice and oak. Palate flavors are velvety, plush, and concentrated, balanced by fine acidity and ripe, s weet tannins, before a long finish. Beautiful aromas of tile, spice, fresh Mediterranean herbs and oyster shell. Full body, firm and silky tannins and a polished and caressing finish. Lovely length and texture. The 2015 Sicilia Saia is a dark, plump and exuberant expression of Sicily's mighty Nero d'Avola grape. The wine offers a distinctive bouquet with dark cherry, wild fennel and toasted pistachio nut.
