FEUERSCHWANZ continue their triumphant march and will release their twelfth studio album, Knightclub, on July 25, 2025, via Napalm Records. With their modern folk metal, the band h as played their way to the top of the genre in recent years: their last two albums, Memento Mori (2021) and Fegefeuer (2023), both entered the official German album charts at number 1, their last headline tours were almost completely sold out, they played premium slots at the biggest festivals, and their songs and videos are streamed millions of times. Just one of many highlights was the 20th anniversary show at the end of 2024 – the biggest Metfest of all time in front of over 7,000 enthusiastic fans. On Knightclub, FEUERSCHWANZ continues the path they have already taken on their previous albums. The band has undergone an impressive transformation in recent years and is now not only releasing a studio album with an English title for the first time, but is also increasingly using English in the lyrics. Knightclub is characterized by catchy hits, a real party mood, big anthems and hard metal riffs. They once again manage to incorporate their unmistakable humor into songs bursting with energy. The title track "Knightclub" is a true hit that not only got millions of people across Germany in the party mood at the Eurovision Song Contest preliminary round, but is sure to put a smile on your face at any metal party. On the album version, the band is supported by Dag-Alexis Kopplin from SDP on vocals. Songs like "Valhalla" and "Avalon", on the other hand, are epic anthems and show the band's more serious side. On "Valhalla", FEUERSCHWANZ is supported by Doro Pesch. "The Tale of Sam The Brave" takes them to Middle Earth, while "Name der Rose" sings about another literary classic. The long-awaited "Lords Of Fyre" feat. Lord of the Lost precedes the two bands' joint co-headline tour through seven German cities, and with "Gangnam Style," a cover version of a well-known party hit is a must. Knightclub was produced by Simon Michael (Subway To Sally) and mastered by Jacob Hansen (Arch Enemy, Volbeat, Evergrey). The cover artwork was created by Peter Sallai (Powerwolf, Sabaton, Saxon, Hammerfall).
