In the middle of an affluent neighbourhood in France sits this old abandoned chateau. This Louis XV style châteauwas built in the mid 19th century. It was then bought later that century by a rich owner who wanted to convert it into his summer residence. It was also suggested that it hosted a boarding school for girls. It had beautiful flooring, stained glass windows, intricate details on panels, and Feuillage features its beautiful staircase. Unfortunately the chateau is in a severe state of decay. So much so that the first floor came crashing down. Upstairs there was a space of just 5 metres where I could stand. Off-white textured acid free mount. 2mm clear standard picture glass (UV protected 66%) Low reflection option available. Mounted onto acid free backing board. 2mm Kraftboard back. Fixings are included for hanging. Delivery Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Unframed works will be sent in a tube via a signed delivery service. Framed works will be safely packaged, crated and insured and will then be delivered via a courier or international shipper.
