Burton Fire Resistant Filing Cabinets are designed to protect important paper documents from fire while providing secure, organised storage for offices, homes, and commercial envir onments. The cabinet is constructed with a double-walled body, with the cavity between the inner and outer walls filled with fire-resistant material. Independently tested and certified to EN15659 LFS 60P by ECB•S, the cabinet provides 60 minutes of fire protection for paper documents and has been tested at temperatures of up to 900°C. Available in 2, 3, or 4 drawer options, each drawer is suitable for both A4 and Foolscap files and can hold up to 40 kg. The anti-tilt device ensures that only one drawer can be opened at a time, helping improve safety during use. The cabinet is available with either a high-security key lock or an electronic PIN code lock. Key locking versions are fitted with a Valberg laser-cut style cam lock and supplied with 2 keys. Electronic locking versions feature keypad entry, a PCB and solenoid lock, with external power supply via a PP3 9V battery. The electronic lock supports a 6 to 8 digit code, time delay from 1 to 99 minutes, confirmation window from 1 to 19 minutes, 1 admin code, and 1 user code.
