ADVICE BEFORE RACK SETUP The FFITTECH Power Cage allows for the user to squat safely inside the cage with the provided safety bar. Users cannot lift at the front of the rack unless the cage is built with the uprights rotated in the opposite direction. If the user chooses to build the unit this way, they will not be able to utilise the safety bars on the inside of the rack.
