The largest blade in the FFTF lineup, Chopper is built around a 6.30-inch, hand-ground Böhler N690 stainless blade and substantial 4.2 mm full-tang construction. Its high flat grind provides cutting efficiency despite the heavier blade, while professional heat treatment to 58–60 HRC gives N690 a strong combination of edge retention, durability and corrosion resistance. Rather than leaving Chopper with an unnecessarily obtuse utility edge, each blade is individually reprofiled, refined and stropped by Fit For The Fight to 22° per side. The result is a reinforced working edge designed for chopping and heavier field use while retaining the keen cutting performance expected from a proper knife. A cushioned, high-traction synthetic performance grip provides a secure hold during harder work, and every Chopper includes a handmade fitted leather sheath.
