The Case Trapper is a traditional pocket knife with a classic Trapper shape. This is a pattern that has its origins amongst hunters and poachers. This specific version has two blades: a classic clippoint and a traditional speypoint. Both blades can be used to gut caught game. Technical Description Case Tru-Sharp SS steel The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS. This is a stainless type of steel that is similar to 420HC steel. Characteristic of this type of steel is that it can be sharpened super sharp very quickly. Blue G10 Smooth The handle is made from smooth, blue G10. As Case puts it: Blue G10, Smooth. To make the blue G10 look even better the blades and bolsters are enhanced with a satin finish, instead of a polished finish. As such this collection looks a little 'rougher' than most Case knives.
