If your bat has an FIB issue, you can have it sent to us for repairs. Please save and print the information sheet included on this page to continue the process. Turnaround time is 2-3 days once the bat arrives at our warehouse, not including shipping times. ***NOTE If your bat is older than 2 years from the year manufactured it is a chargeable service.*** IMPORTANT: Please email [email protected] with a video of the sound your bat makes!
