This is one of my favorite products! - Kyla Fiber life is an excellent way to support regular healthy bowel movements, cleanse the colon at a deeper level without having you run to the bathroom. It includes psyllium husks, fruit pectin as well as herbs that gently support movement through the colon, liver health and are antifungal, antibacterial and anti parasitic. It mixes in water in far better than straight psyllium husks or other fiber supplements in my experience. This is one of the products we always keep in the house. Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults mix vigorously 1 slightly rounded scoopful of Fiber Life with 8 ounces of water or juice.
