The Fibonacci series is a mathematical sequence consisting of each number being the sum of the previous two. So 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 and so on. This sequence relates to a spiral - I’m at the edge of my knowledge here, not being a mathematician. This spiral is found in many plant forms, including this one, which is a flat-topped aeonium native to Tenerife, Aeonium tabuliforme. Mesmerising. Show more
