They are simple in design using stainless steel metal parts which give them a funky look and feel and also mean they do not break easily. These small & discreet & perfect to pop in your pocket & take anywhere! They are quiet making them ideal for the workplace, travel or the classroom. CARE instructions: Please note that you need to tighten the two flat metal parts up from time to time. They just screw together holding the cogs in the centre. If dropped when open make sure you find any pieces that may have fallen out. You can unscrew the centre from the spinning cog. unless you loose one of the interal parts, it easily scews back together again. Trouble shooting: If your spinner stops spinning freely: Generally its one of 2 things - some fine debris has gotten in to the box bearing or alternatively sometimes, if dropped, one or more of the balls in the bearing can dislodge causing spin issues. This cannot be fixed. If you open it up you'll see if that’s happened though generally. In the first instance we recommend to use a air blower like you use for cleaning a computer. As it is a box bearing lubricant only makes it sticky so it is not recommended and is a last resort. We usually take the bearing out and clean it using the blower. Keeping the fidgets sanitised. - They are fine to wipe , ours regularly go through washing machine, the trick is to wipe excess moisture off them. If left wet/damp (eg in washing machine lol) they can rust in appearance a little but generally does not affect function. wiping with an antibacterial wipe or damp cloth then drying off thoroughly is the key.
