The sweetness of our fig jam is complemented by slices of rind-on fresh lime. It's an excellent jam for colder weather days and pairs well with stilton, fatty cured meats, mixed in to rice pudding, or as a glaze for duck. Comes in a 9.5 oz jar. Made in small batches in copper pots in New Orleans, LA.
