Aromatic, elegant with plenty of minerality. Each variety separately vinified, then aged 50% in stainless steel and 50% in French oak. Light melon-pink. Intense aromatic bouquet wi th pineapple, orange blossom, vanilla and ripe peach. Smooth, silky and delicate palate develops a nice consistency with plenty of fresh citrus and minerality.
