Join Pastaia Honey Grace Lopez and explore the art of handmade filled pastas. First, we will learn how to make beautiful pasta dough using only flour and eggs. Then, you will create a variety of classic ricotta-filled pasta shapes including ravioli, tortellini, mezzaluna, and more. We’ll discuss flour options, proper cooking technique, and sauce pairings. This class includes: Plenty of hands-on demonstration and practice Each participant will take home up to two servings to freeze or cook within 24 hours. Location: Clubhouse at the Healdsburg Golf Club at Tayman Park, 927 S. Fitch Mountain Road, Healdsburg, CA Age: 18+ or 16+ with guardian.
