Cut level 5: Extreme cut dangers, cut resistance, abrasion resistance, and rip resistance—these gloves are suited for jobs involving very sharp blades, such as meat butchering and fish filleting. These gloves have been designed to reduce cuts from sharp blades and the possibility of serious harm. Note: Gloves are only available in large size. Made from HPPE and nylon, they are lightweight, soft, and flexible. A cut-level 5 glove must be able to withstand at least 3,500 grams (7.7 pounds) on the blade without being cut through.
