Extensive testing identified optimal size of filter aperture and thickness of stainless steel plate. Made from surgical grade stainless steel 316 laser etched provides perfect aper tures with no flashing. Each component has been considered a product and extensive prototyping and research has gone into P80 size distribution through the filter at ranges of grind size.
