It features three different filter types that clean pollutants and ensures the purest air quality. This filter kit includes 12 pre-filters, 6 carbon pads, and one 12-inch HEPA filter. Polyester Pre-Filter In this filter, the interlocking polyester fibers easily capture lint, hair, pollen, dust, and other larger particles in the air. This is the first filter layer and needs to be replaced every after 3 to 4 weeks. Activated Carbon Filter Created with activated carbon material, this air filter layer quickly strains and traps molecules of odorous gases.
